Enthusiasts who want to take the new GT350 Mustang racing in Sports Car Club of America events are getting some help from Shelby American. The Las Vegas-based company, which upfits the 2011 Ford Mustang GT to create the GT350 Mustang, will add a normally aspirated version to the lineup. When Shelby American first announced the GT350 program in January, it centered on a supercharged version of Ford's new 5.0-liter V8 that would make about 500 hp.
Ford has introduced the 2014 Transit Connect Wagon, a vehicle the automaker is calling “so unique it is a revolution in seven-passenger transportation.” We won't know whether or not it is truly revolutionary until we can get behind the wheel, but at first glance, the new vehicle appears to be a very tall wagon or a small minivan, or a Transit Connect with larger windows. The Transit Connect Wagon is tied to Ford's current car lineup aesthetically via the characteristic Blue Oval hexagonal grille, but it's the van/wagon's utility that will likely become its biggest selling point. Ford claims the Transit Connect Wagon will be able to swallow a 1,200 lb.

But in Europe, it has been sales of the Hyundai Tucson that have driven Hyundai’s sales. An able and competent small SUV – at a bargain price – it has racked up some quite impressive sales. But it’s time to move on, and Hyundai will be revealing the Hyundai ix35 at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month as the Tucson’s replacement.
